Mountain Park Ranch

Situated at the base of the Ahwatukee foothills is the community of Mountain Park Ranch. This neighborhood is distinctive in that it was the first master-planned community in Arizona. Encompassing approximately 2,650 acres, this community features a variety of housing styles, including single-family homes, attached homes, and multifamily units. Residents of Mountain Park Ranch are able to enjoy an array of amenities, including miles of paths and trails that make it easy to reach other homes and businesses.
