Sierra Tempe

Located in southern Tempe, the community off Sierra Tempe is conveniently situated within close proximity to all major amenities, including shopping, dining, and entertainment. Residents of this community are able to enjoy fast and easy access to Interstate 10, yet thanks to the secluded location of this community, residents need never be worried about freeway noise. Established in 1994 by Continental Homes, Sierra Tempe consists of about 385 homes. Numerous floorplans are available in both one- and two-story with homes ranging in size from about 1,300 square feet to 3,500 square feet. There is an active Homeowners Association in Sierra Tempe.
